I had a mystery squealing and vibration that no other mechanic could figure out. One mechanic told me it was a differential problem and that they wouldn't touch it. I took my truck to Twin Cities Transmission because I was told they were the only ones in town that could fix it. The mechanics here honestly care and since the noise was intermittent one of them actually rode around with me for 30 minutes just to try to replicate the noise. He was able to identify the issue as a driveshaft point that needed greasing.
